THE CLUB'S CHAPTER

       1. The Club's main aim and tasks.
1.1. The Club is aimed at supporting the development of a new wave of senior and middle level managers.
1.2. The primary tasks of the Club:
  • the development of business ties between the members of the Club, and the implementation of ideas for joint projects and ventures;
  • the creation of an effective business-state and municipal organs interface;
  • to study the world management experience and to develop business communication;
  • to improve the legislative base for business development at the regional level;
  • to develop international links for the Club's members;
  • to create the positive image of the national business elite in Russia and abroad;
  • to maintain the Club's high level of ethic standards for business conduct, and respect for the personal privacy of the Club's membership.
        2. Membership of the Club
2.1. Membership of the Club is open to any senior and middle level managers, who want to improve their managerial skills, develop their firms' potential and improve conditions for business in Kaliningrad. The graduates of the program 'Develop your Business' organized by the Kaliningrad International Business Institute have the priority in entering the Club.
2.2. Members' amount is not limited.

       3. Members' rights and duties.
3.1. Club's members have the following rights:
  • to participate in Club's management,
  • to submit proposals on the Club's activity to the general meeting and the Council, to participate in their discussion and decision-making process;
  • to point out their membership of the Club on their companies' letterhead;
  • >
  • to use business and commercial information the Club has and the results of its activity;
  • to leave the Club in any time.
3.2. Club's members have the following duties:
  • to facilitate the reaching the Club's aim without any actions limiting and impeding its activity;
  • to participate in the Club's general meetings;
  • to pay dues in order and size specified in the constitutive documents in the decisions of the Club's management;
  • to observe the existing legislature, the Club's constitutive documents and decisions within their powers;
  • to multiply the club's members property;
  • to respect other members' interests.
       THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CLUB
The Club's members general meeting held no less than once a year is the supreme Club's body.
The Club's President and Vice-President are elected at the general meeting by a secret ballot and they carry out the Club's management.
